Description
UPDATE 27 APRIL 2026: Per Contract Documents, please confirm your proposal is received by 81 CONS. If proposal hasn't been received, contractor may have to split up proposal submission due to the size of the files. UPDATE 24 April 2026: 81 CONS is aware that the related notice ID does not match the solicitation number. UPDATE 15 April 2026: Included Past Performance Reference List and Past Performance Questionaire attachments. UPDATE 7 April 2026: RFI's are due by 10 AM CST on 9 April 2026. UPDATE 6 April 2026: The site visit attendance sheet has been added. All request for information (RFI) shall be submitted no later than 9 April 2026 to chance.daisy@us.af.mil Keesler Air Force Base has a requirement to repair the HVAC system at building 7320. All work shall be completed in accordance with the attached specifications, drawings, and contract terms. The magnitude of this construction project is between $5,000,000 and $10,000,000.
