Description
United States Coast Guard (USCG) Air Station Traverse City is seeking a contractor to replace the air conditioning plant. Refer to the Scope of Work for requirements. The site address is: U.S. Coast Guard Air Station Traverse City 1175 Airport Access Road Traverse City, MI 49686-3513. Site visits are highly encouraged and recommended for the development of an accurate bid package. The period of performance shall not exceed 20-FEB-2026 unless otherwise approved by the Contracting Officer. Refer to the Scope of Work for details. This procurement is estimated to be below $25,000.00 The applicable NAICS is 238220 Plumbing, Heating, and Air-Conditioning Contractors with a Small Business Size Standard of $19.0M.
