Description
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; offers are being requested, and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number 127EAX26Q0020 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) to replace existing asphalt in various locations by asphalt pulverizing and repaving one (1) road for 1.3 miles for the base contract. Additionally, there are five (5) options that consist of pulverizing and repaving at fire stations on three (3) ranger districts within the Los Padres Nation Forest. This acquisition is set-aside for small business concerns. The applicable North American Industry Classification Standard Code is 237310, Highway, Street, and Bridge Construction. The small business size standard is $19M. This acquisition is a Total Small Business Set-Aside. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which will be considered by the agency. Amendment 0001 - RFI 01 - corrects day of the week of organized site visit. Amendment 0002 - includes responses to RFI's 02-09 and incorporates the mandatory contract clause FAR 52.222?90, Addressing DEI Discrimination by Federal Contractors, as required by Executive Order 14398.
