Description
This will be a sole source requirement to procure Advanced Medium-Range Air-to-Air (AMRAAM) weapon system assets, Telemetry Kits (ATS), Initial Spares, and other various components and actions required for Lots 41 through 47 for the U.S. Air Force, U.S. Navy, & FMS/International partners and customers. This will be a seven (7)-year contract, if all options are exercised, consisting of a five (5)-year Multi-Year Procurement (MYP) period and two (2) annual (or single-year) options for an additional two (2)-year maximum. This effort is a follow-on contract for continued production of a major weapons system. A sole source contract will be issued to Raytheon Company (CAGE: 15090), 1151 E Hermans Road,Bldg 807/H7, Tucson, AZ 85756, under the authority of FAR 6.302-1 / RFO 6.103-1, Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. Additionally, there are no restrictions on foreign participation. Interested parties may identify their interest and capability by submitting a Statement of Capabilities, via email, to the Point of Contact Specified in this announcement. Subcontracting opportunities should be addressed to Raytheon Company at the above address.
