Description
This notice updates the presolicitation announcement posted on January 14, 2026. This requirement is now anticipated to be a total set-aside for certified Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSBs). All inquiries for this presolicitation shall be directed in writing to the NCO 20 Point of Contact- Alan.Perez@va.gov.
