Description
The purpose of this announcement is to inform industry of the contract opportunity and request offeror proposals to the Final SIR. The deadline for questions, concerns, and clarification requests must be made in writing and must be submitted no later than 12:00 PM, Eastern Standard Time (EST), January 29, 2026.
