Description
The purpose of this notice is to inform interested parties that the Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR), Patuxent River, Maryland intends to issue a sole source Delivery Order under N00019-25-G-0009. This Delivery Order is anticipated to contain Cost Plus Fixed Fee (CPFF) items to Raytheon Company (RTX), 1151 East Hermans Road, Tucson, Arizona for the FY26 (Lot 5), FY27 (Lot 6) and FY28 (Lot 7) Tomahawk Cruise Missiles Recertification & Depot Operations Engineering Support Services (ESS). RTX is the sole manufacturer of the Tomahawk Missile System. Tasking includes, but is not limited to, assisting the Government in resolving All Up Round (AUR) safety, performance, reliability, service life, recertification, integration, and/or operational issues. The period of performance for this effort will be a base period of 12 months with two, 12-month option periods. The start date is September 2026. The RTX point of contact for subcontracting opportunities is Mr. Patrick Marchant, email: patrick.j.marchant@rtx.com. RTX is the only known source capable of accomplishing this requirement in the required timeframe and without duplication of costs. RTX solely possesses the current configuration and manufacturing data for the Tomahawk Cruise Missile required to complete these efforts. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, which shall be considered by the agency. The data associated with the Tomahawk Missile is export controlled and is not available to foreign sources or representatives. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS.
