This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for services, prepared in accordance with FAR Subpart 12.6, supplemented with additional information. This procurement is a Small Business Set-Aside. No separate written solicitation will be issued. Scope of Work The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, and equipment required to perform Winch and Weight Handling Inspection onboard the USCGC Hudson located at USCG Base Miami Beach (100 MacArthur Causeway, Miami Beach, FL 33139). For specific tasks, please review the Statement of Work (SOW). Performance Period Work must begin no later than 20 days after the contract award. Work hours are Monday through Friday, 6:30 AM � 3:00 PM, excluding holidays. Extensions require approval from the Contracting Officer. Site Visit A site visit is strongly recommended and is scheduled for Wednesday, July 29th, at 10:00 AM. All vehicles, equipment, and gear on Coast Guard property are subject to search.
