Enclosure C has been updated accordingly. Thank you, Cassandra Smith --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 03/18/2026 Hello - Brookhaven Science Associates, LLC (BSA) operator of Brookhaven National Laboratory (BNL) under a Prime Contract with the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) solicits your quote for Nuclear Physicist � Nuclear Data Evaluation and Reaction Modeling Support, specifically for the coordination, evaluation, and development support of the Reference Input Parameter Library (RIPL) and associated nuclear data activities. Requirements for this solicitation are outlined in the attached RFQ Document. Quote package shall include the below: Price Quote: 1. The Offeror shall complete and return the attached Enclosure C. Quotation Pricing Sheet. Pricing shall remain firm for sixty (60) days to allow time for review, selection, and Award. Prices shall be quoted in U.S. Dollars. 2. Provide responses and supporting documentation for all Technical Qualifiers (Section 3.1 of RFQ Document), including CVs, publications, and relevant experience. Other Submittals: 1. SAM Unique Entity Identification (UEI) Number within attached Enclosure C. Quotation Pricing Sheet, as well as affirm Representations and Certifications and size status are accurate and up to date in SAM. * Foreign Offerors are not required to be registered in SAM; however, must fill out the attached Enclosure B. AMS-Form-050 (Annual Representations and Certifications) if they are not. 2. The attached Enclosure B. AMS-Form-050 (Annual Representations and Certifications) is only required for Offerors that are not currently active and registered in SAM. A current copy (less than 12 months prior to the date of solicitation) of Enclosure B. AMS-Form-050 (Annual Representations and Certifications) must be on file with BSA�s Procurement and Property Management (PPM) Division before an Award can be placed. 3. The successful Offeror will be required to complete new vendor forms, if applicable. CRITICAL DATES Questions Due Date: Wednesday, March 25, 2026, at 4:00 PM EST Quote Due Date: Friday, April 3, 2026, at 4:00 PM EST Anticipated Period of Performance: One (1) year base period with four (4) one-year option periods All questions regarding this RFQ must be submitted in writing via email to the undersigned.
