You are invited to review and comment on the National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) Glenn Research Center (GRC) Fission Surface Power (FSP) System Second Draft Announcement for Partnership Proposals (AFPP). Please see the attached Draft Announcement for Partnership Proposal (AFPP), and supporting attachments/documentation, for Announcement No. 80GRC025FSPS, Fission Surface Power (FSP) System. 3/26/26: NASA has decided to reassess the FSP development approach and at this time the current draft Funded Space Act Agreement path through this SAM.gov posting will be made inactive. Please continue to monitor sam.gov for updates.
