Description

The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR), Precision Strike Weapons Program Office (PMA-201), intends to negotiate and award a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Delivery Order (DO) under the Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) N0001921G0006 on a sole source basis to The Boeing Company, 6200 James S McDonnell Blvd, St. Louis, MO 63134-1939. The DO will provide digital copies of existing AHWCS Technical Manuals, technical data, AHWCS cable drawing packages, and computer software, both classified and unclassified, in support of United States Navy (USN). Contract award is anticipated first quarter of fiscal year 2026. Small businesses interested in subcontracting possibilities may contact Chasity Strickland (Chasity.L.Strickland@boeing.com), Boeing. The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under authority of FAR 6.302. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. Please copy NAVAIR on any capability statements provided to Boeing to the attention of Joanna Roland (joanna.m.roland.civ@us.navy.mil). The Boeing Company is the sole designer, developer, manufacturer and integrator of the Harpoon Weapon System and its related equipment. The Boeing Company alone has the technical data, experience, requisite knowledge, technical expertise, special skills and facilities required to provide the services anticipated under these orders. The Boeing Company is the sole owner of technical data for Harpoon and therefore is the only responsible source that can meet the Government's requirement. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. There is no commitment by the Government to issue a solicitation, make an award or awards, or to be responsible for any monies expended by any interested parties before award of a contract for the effort mentioned above. Information provided herein is subject to change and in no way binds the Government to solicit for or award a contract.
