Description
The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR), Precision Strike Weapons Program Office (PMA-201), awarded a Cost-Plus-Fixed-Fee (CPFF) Delivery Order (N0001925F2557) on 30 September 2025 to Rockwell Collins, INC, against Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) N00421-21-G-0005.This delivery order is for the repair and reconfiguration of Joint Standoff Weapon (JSOW)/Harpoon Block II+ (HII+) TacNet 1.0 Series Weapon Datalink radios. This DO was awarded on a sole source basis under the statutory authority of 10 U.S.C.3204(a)(1) as implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 6.302-1(a)(2)(ii)(B) and FAR subpart 6.302-1(a)(2)(iii)(B), only one responsible source and no other services will satisfy agency requirements.
