Description

This is not a solicitation. The Dept. of Veterans Affairs intends to negotiate a sole source contract with: Sporedata, UEI JSULN9CTGP41, 805 E Oak Drive, Durham, NC 27705. The vendor will perform statistical modeling, database creation and maintenance, creation of an enriched dataset of amputee patients using algorithms and specific data extraction queries and modeling of the effect of psychosocial and social determinants of health on the development of chronic postamputation pain in veterans. Vendor has experience and recent approval to access data from the VA Corporate Data Warehouse (CDW) through the VINCI platform which will be used for all deliverables. Vendor has extensive VA- specific experience and expertise with this type of data enrichment.� The estimated value of this procurement is under the Simplified Acquisition Threshold (SAT). The authority for this action is FAR 6.302.1-1 Only One Responsible source, and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.
