ZEISS Service Agreement and Software Upgrades

Description

The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), Office of Financial Resources (OFR), Office of Acquisition Services (OAS), National Center for Emerging and Zoonotic Infectious Diseases (NCEZID) in accordance with FAR 6.103-1, intends to award a contract, on an other-than-full-and-open-competition basis as a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) commercial contract to Carl Zeiss Microscopy, LLC One North Broadway White Plains 10601-2310 for the acquisition of a one year ZEISS service agreement and software upgrades. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals; however, any firm believing it can fulfill the requirement identified above may submit a written response to be received by the Contracting Office no later than 15 business days after the date of publication of this notice, which shall be considered by the agency. The written response shall reference solicitation number 75D30126Q99094 and provide a capability statement that clearly indicates the firm�s experience, assets, background, and ability to perform the required work without compromising the quality, accuracy, reliability, and schedule. The Government will consider all information received via email to the Contract Specialist and Contracting Officer by 7 August 2026 at 01:00 PM ET. A determination by the Government not to compete this procurement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
