Registration is free on most official portals (aside from fees some states charge). Paid expediters are optional. We measure interest in assisted help; we do not register you from this site yet.

APEX Accelerators (formerly PTACs) provide free or low-cost one-on-one help with SAM, state portals, and first pursuits. They will not write your entire proposal for free, but they are the right first stop for registration paperwork.

Federal: SAM.gov

Primes on federal opportunities need an active SAM.gov registration and a Unique Entity ID (UEI). Start with our walkthrough, then complete registration only on the official SAM site. State vendor lists do not replace SAM.
